We received an extra-special request from a client in New Jersey, who was planning a sweet sixteen getaway for her daughter and two friends. Accompanied by their mothers, the trio of teens wanted to jet off somewhere sunny and stay in a five-star hotel by the beach. We set about designing a bespoke package, taking care of every detail so the group could relax and enjoy the milestone occasion.

After considering several potential destinations, the client chose Miami in Florida due to its beautiful beaches and warm weather.
Liaising with the charter experts at Air Charter Service, the team arranged the charter of a spacious business jet with luxurious leather seats and putting birthday decorations and cupcakes onboard to kick off the celebrations.
Our travel experts reserved two rooms at W South Beach, a glamorous oceanfront resort with five restaurants and a pampering spa. The hotel is one of our preferred partners, so our clients can access exclusive benefits when booking through us. The client was delighted to be upgraded to a four-bedroom suite with a private rooftop pool, especially when they discovered our welcome gift of balloons, desserts and thank-you notes on arrival.
Ensuring the group could travel seamlessly from place to place after landing in Miami, we arranged airport transfers to get them to and from the hotel, as well as a private car service to drive them around for the duration of the trip.
